His work as an artist (and scientist) has always been an exploration of the entangled relationship between humans and nature. He is currently a PhD candidate in Sustainability Science at Lund University in southern Sweden. His research focuses on how communities can direct change toward desirable and sustainable potential futures.
In his previous life, Darin was a high school social studies teacher, working primarily in the New York City and Boston areas.
