These forms are very important and need to be read, signed and submitted immediately to fully complete your registration. Please note that when you submit your T. Barnes Global Registration form you are also signing your T. Barnes Global Travel contract. Please print and review.

Finally, we have included a link to PayPal.  www.paypal.com Your payment MUST be submitted as Friends/Family or it will be refunded. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Refunded payments may be subject to fees that you will be required to pay in addition to your regular payment plan. When paying please use the email [email protected] and be sure to mention your destination in the “NOTES” section of PayPal.
