The fight for liberation is a universal human endeavor. Black women who are doing the work to decolonize their mind in an effort to get us all free understand this deeply. We free everyone when we free ourselves. The truth is, much of these systems that benefit whom we call privileged, which is each of us at different times for different reasons, imprisons the privileged as well. Which is why there is so much unhappiness in the people that are desperate to hold on to what plagues the world. There is so much peace on the other side of oppression. It takes so much more to effort to hold on to this world as it is than it does to allow us to shift, to change and to live in a more natural state. Just know if you would rather fight…there is a spiritual storm brewing and you want to be on the right side of the war that is coming. I can promise you that.
