UPDATES
I have so many updates for you. It has been a whirlwind of a week prepping and planning an amazing few month(s) of relocation. I am so excited about the opportunities that have presented themselves to me for you. This has turned into a movement, more grand that what I ever imagined. This has traveled around the WORLD and people are calling in support of us and to welcome us in many other nations.

The Viva property will not be finished in time to host us. Instead of waiting to see and moving with a lack of clarity, I made a decision to change our location for an equal offering that also met the needs I gathered from your bookings. The great news is that I had two additional buildings on hold as plan B. Instead of having 1 common building, we will have 2 buildings. We will move forward with BRAVA and AMIRA CENTRAL, both equally beautiful and move in ready as of 10/1. This is also to satisfy those singles that were like “but where all those kids gon’ be?’ ….lol…we heard you. Most families are booked in Brava and the singles and couples in Amira. The apartments are all owned by the same company. One year old and beautiful.

Many of you were uneasy not being able to see real pictures of the property. I have detailed all that you should need below. These are fantastic options. The buildings are only 3 blocks away from each other

The Rates for apartments at both locations is as follows:

$1200 for a one bedroom /$1500 for a 2 bedroom/ $2500 for a 3 bedroom Penthouse

There are 2 apartments available for weekly rentals/ $600 per week ( 7 days /Based on availability)

Room Changes:

Arrival Dates: All arrival dates must be changed to the 1st of each month. The properties can only assign rooms in this manner. This will affect many of you, so we can discuss once the call is over. If you plan to check in toward the end of the month, the best option would be to push to the following month. Obviously, you can keep your existing dates, but your payment will be expected month to month. If you have friends and family that may want to come during a portion of you month when you are not there, this may be an option to share cost of incomplete months.

Departure Dates: As many of you know, December is high season with the holidays. The new apartments are very popular for the holiday season and are requiring a December 20, 2020 check out at our current rate. We are receiving a deep discount for our stay so the month will not be prorated due to the existing discount. If you wish to stay past the 20th, a daily rate will be applied. We can give these rates to you if you are interested.

PLEASE NOTE: T. Barnes will cease programming and depart the property on this date. We can help you book past the 20th, but that must be done very soon as they already have existing holiday reservations. Please advise.o
